PDI not available

Dear Community,
my PDI is currently not available since days, following message occurs:
Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.
i used a PDI and had several time this message but it was available after a few Days,
how can i check the status of the maintenance?

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline.
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

I've release and open a new instance.
Could you inform, how to backup the instance, to save the configuration, in case same issue will happen.

i've release and request a new PDI, to avoid have the same issue, how can i execute a backup of th PDI?
