Unable to access PDI instance , redirects to App studio homepage post login.

Hi All

 

I recently requested for instance with latest version Xanadu , one strange thing which I noticed after login with  credential is it redirects me to app engine studio homepage and not the  PDI native instance , moreover the credential user name also has user name starting as aes 

 

Has anyone else faced the same issue .

Hi @AnnSingh follow these steps

1.  Open "https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

2.Go to "Change User Role" .

3. set your role as admin.
