PDI stuck in "Waking-up instance" for more than 24 hours - 504 Gateway Timeout

Hello ServiceNow Team,

I need help recovering my Personal Developer Instance.

Instance Name:
dev351754

Issue:
• My PDI has been stuck in the "Waking-up instance" state for more than 24 hours.
• The Developer Portal displays:
"Your PDI is temporarily hibernating due to an infrastructure issue."
• Accessing my instance URL returns a 504 Gateway Timeout error.

I have already tried:
• Waiting more than 24 hours
• Using different browsers
• Using Incognito mode
• Trying different networks

This PDI contains my college ServiceNow application, and unfortunately I do not have any backup (no GitHub repository or application export).

Could you please check whether my existing PDI can be recovered or restarted? If possible, I would appreciate recovering this existing instance rather than receiving a new one, as it contains my work.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

ahoy @AkhileshReddyy,

there's an infrastircture related issue, read this for more details: Incident: Developer Site Restored and PDI Availability Issues

You can use this workaround as I have shared HERE.

Hi @AkhileshReddyy

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow related to PDIs, hence you can only wait till it comes online again or release your instance and request a fresh installation.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards
Anders
