Hi @Sathwik1 ,

Please check below things

1. Check email logs

2. Verify the trigger condition or table or event

3. Check the use is receiving the email is active or not also check the if you are using event the correct user's email id is there or not

4. Try to add some logs in Business rule and check all the logs are printing correctly or not

Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you

Hi @Sathwik1

  • Ensure recipient's notification is enabled in sys_user table. Validate the recipient’s user record.Notifications will not trigger if the user's email is invalid or missing, or if their profile has notifications disabled
  • Verify that outbound emails are globally enabled for your instance under System Properties > Email properties ( if it is Production only, for non-prod, you will check email log)
  • Search for server-side scripts or Business Rules running on the target table. If a script includes setWorkflow(false) or setUseEngines(false), it suppresses the notification engine from generating emails. Temporarily remove or set it to true

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
