Playbook tab not appearing on my custom application work space

Hello 

I crated an application using app engine studio and created a work space.

I also created a process automation and created related list following the steps mentioned in ServiceNow documentation.

The system is creating active processes and I see play book in todays executions too. 

But the playbook tab is not appearing on my workspace. I tried contextual also. But no luck.

I am using Utah versions

Build name: Utah
Build date: 05-15-2023_1848
Build tag: glide-utah-12-21-2022__patch1-hotfix1b-05-01-2023

Another thing I noticed is that the workspace is using the default view. 

I created view rules un UX VIEW rules and I only see the changes I do the Default View on the agent workspace.

 

I have tried everything and no luck. I did create Playbook in the previous versions in the past and it was very smooth.

Any idea how to fix this? Please help.
