Hi,

 

We are implementing Predictive Intelligence , wanted to know apart from short description what are the other input fields we can make use of in the incident form.

The PI should be able to pick based on individual words as well as phrases.

hello,

 

You can add any field for input but logically i think category and description are also good parameters for having as input Felds on ServiceNow incident predictive intelligence:-

Does predictive intelligence considers expressions that are contained within a field (short description)? or the complete text available in the  short description

  with this I mean if the user is typing "VPN not working" possibility is the user may type "My VPN is not working" or "I have VPN which is not working" does PI considers these as 3 different short description or only 1
