Hello Everyone,
My name is Avinash kotipalli, a 2026 B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India(Hyderabad). I have achieved both CSA and CAD certifications.
Recently, I attended the TCS ServiceNow Skill-Based Hiring Assessment for Hyderabad and am currently preparing for the upcoming interview rounds.
As part of my learning journey, I developed a Student Help Desk System project in ServiceNow. The project provides a centralized platform where students can raise and track service requests while support staff manage and resolve them efficiently. One of the key features of the project is workload-based task assignment, where requests are automatically assigned to the support staff member with the least active workload to ensure balanced task distribution and faster resolution.
