"Insufficient privileges" error when editing a case in Now Mobile app.

We have added a new functionality to existing cases that allows us to edit and update cases. All possible functionalities and the fields have already been added which should be editable, but we get the error "insufficient privileges" when we try to edit any field information. Any ideas about the issue?

Might be the logged-in user has not access/permission to edit those fields.

The user has access/permission to it and can edit same case in desktop.
