Reference field showing reference table name

I have created two tables 1) Training Request 2) Training Task. When training request created one training task get attach to Training Request. In training task table one reference field name as 'Training Request' which is pointed to the Training Request table but when I select record on that field its showing reference table name in field.

Which field is set to have display attribute true in your u_training_request table ? Can you please share more screenshots for better understanding.

I have already define Display Value True

But still not working
