Hi @al-farhanaj
"You can't get Automate Pro in PDI; it's a paid Store app. It's only available on the client or in the offical instance."

Not all apps are available in PDI. This plugin can be enabled only in Sub Production Client instances for testing purposes. Please check with your ServiceNow Account Manager for more information.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan

I agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG if it's a paid app then you cannot get it for your PDI.
Your customer will have to subscribe it and then it will be available in their instance.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @al-farhanaj,
Community members and ServiceNow employees cannot activate plugins on your behalf. This is a self-service action you must perform.
However, the AutomatePro plugin (x_priit_autotest) is a third-party application from the ServiceNow Store, and it is not available for general activation on a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
To get this plugin, you would need to contact AutomatePro directly to inquire about a trial or a developer license for your instance. You cannot activate it through the standard PDI plugin list.
Thanks & Regards,
Muhammad Iftikhar
