I am having a problem with this lab's task, when I impesonate the users I see nothing about HHD in their accounts, I checked their membership in (Service Desk, Training Technology) and I added them, still nothing shown up yet.

for the LabX you can ask the chatbot directly, it's difficult to suggest you anything without the access/visibility to the instance... if you impersonate a user from SD or Training technology, then ensure that you have associated the SD and TT correctly. Review your previous steps.

And also, I remember when I took this particular lab myself that in some steps it was required to validate that some users DON'T see that features. Could you possibly share the requirements as well as the message from rejected validation?
