I am having a problem with this lab's task, when I impesonate the users I see nothing about HHD in their accounts, I checked their membership in (Service Desk, Training Technology) and I added them, still nothing shown up yet.

  • Check previous task whether those are properly validated. 
  • If you are facing any issue  in lab instance , You can terminate that lab instance and request new one if you just started the lab.
  • If you think everything you have configured correctly ( previous one) still you got stuck, Raise a case with Now learning support for the assistance.
