Hi, I am Soumitra Dutta, an Oxford based entrepreneur and photographer.  I’m working on configuring ServiceNow for my organization and would appreciate some advice from experienced community members.

Could you please share your suggestions on the best approach for initial setup, configuration planning

When you say you want to configure ServiceNow for your organization, it means you first need to purchase a ServiceNow instance.

For that, you'll need to contact the ServiceNow Sales team. Visit the ServiceNow website and go to the Contact Sales section. They will help you with licensing, pricing, the products/modules you need, and the overall purchasing process.

As community members, we can't help much with licensing or purchasing. However, once you have purchased an instance, we'll be happy to guide you with the configuration and implementation.

• Complete the Purchase: If the proposal meets your requirements, you can move forward with the purchase. The ServiceNow sales team will assist you throughout the procurement process.
• Provision the Instance: After the purchase is finalized, ServiceNow will provision your instance, configure it according to the agreed requirements, and provide the necessary access credentials.
