system documentation about our operation

Hi all, 

 

we need a document that describes how our system works in a structured, human language, in a normative (prescriptive) manner. 

Can you give me any advice how could we get such a documentation about our currect instance?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'structure.' If you're referring to process studies, you can refer to Now Create. Otherwise, please clarify your requirement so I can assist you more effectively.
