Trouble installing the App Engine Studio in Service Now Developer Edition

I am trying to install the App Engine Studio in the developer instance https://dev288160.service-now.com/

by referring the below doc.

I am getting the below msg during the attempted install process.

I tried multiple times and getting the same msg.

Please advice.

 You may want to release the PDI and claim another. Be sure to back up your work to a Git repo or export to Update Set first.
