UI Builder frequently stays in loading state. How to fix the slow response in loading a page.

In our dev instance, I have to constantly refresh the UI Builder Experience page from the browser so that it will fully load. I will Empty UI Builder Cache and Force Stage Reload as well but refreshing the browser seems to be more consistent in not taking as long to load the page. Sometimes, I'll open up the Browser's Developer Tools just so I can perform an "Empty Cache and Perform a Hard Reload".
We are working with the Xanadu release if that has any bearing on the situation.
Are there ways to speed up the loading process?

Can you please try using UI Builder in Incognito mode maybe this will help you.
