UI Builder - Navigation to a record from related list of 'Record-vertical' template page

We have a record-vertical template to display a records of a particular table

These records have related lists and we need to navigate to the form of the corresponding related list record when it is clicked.

The navigation happens successfully if opening in new tab but the existing page errors out saying "Page not found'. This is because the url gets added with /sub/. Need help in resolving this issue as the existing page shouldn't error out.

I faced a similar issue. Please verify that a Record Page exists for the related table in your Workspace. If not, create a Record Page in UI Builder and set the page condition 

Table = yourr table name

Thank you for your response.

The page is already available and the redirect happens correctly if I open it in a new page. But the previous age from which the redirect happened goes to "Page not found" error with /sub/ added to the URL.

This shouldn't be the case.
