Yes. In UI builder , open your workspace experience and add a new page ( while creating page , use template as dashboard). Once the page is created you will have an option to add the dashboard of your choice.

SOW homepage is one such OOB example.

yes this is feasible

if you want that in your landing page then check this, it's available OOTB in CSM workspace
