Unable to add email recipients in the App Engine Studio

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I am currently experiencing an issue with adding email recipients in App Engine Studio. Despite following the usual steps, I am unable to add recipients successfully. Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any insights on how to resolve it?

Here are the steps I have taken so far:

  1. Navigated to the App Engine Studio.
  2. Opened the specific app where I need to add email recipients.
  3. Attempted to add email recipients under the notifications settings.

However, the recipients do not seem to be added or saved. I have checked user permissions and roles, and everything seems to be in order. Is there a specific configuration or setting that I might be missing?

Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!
