Hi Community,
I am currently unable to access my ServiceNow instance. It was working fine until 15th January, but since yesterday, I am consistently receiving the error:
“The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.”
Steps I’ve Taken So Far:
1. Checked the ServiceNow Instance Status page for any downtime or maintenance issues (no updates found).
2. Cleared browser cache and cookies and tried accessing the instance in multiple browsers.
3. Verified my internet connection (no issues detected).
4. Waited for over 24 hours, but the instance is still offline.
I am not sure if this is a temporary issue or if additional troubleshooting is required. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this?

Unfortunately, all you can do is continue to wait. There is not support offered for PDIs.
Going by recent chatter on the community, there has been an unusually high volume of PDI outages over the past week (including my own!). But there's a very high likelihood yours will be restored after a day or two (as mine was).
The generally accepted wisdom is to wait around 5-7 days. After that, the only option is to release the instance and request a new one.
