Unable to Reactivate Terminated Lab Instance in Application Development Fundamentals (ADF) On Demand

Hi Everyone,
I am currently enrolled in the Application Development Fundamentals On Demand (ADF) course on ServiceNow University. Unfortunately, my lab instance status is showing as "Terminated", and I am unable to wake it up or request a new lab instance.
The portal currently displays:
- 0 extensions remaining
- 0 instances remaining
Because of this, I am unable to continue the hands-on exercises and make progress in the course.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any way to reactivate the existing lab instance or request a new one? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance from the community or the ServiceNow team.

The only best option is log a now support case under help centre , as you used all lab instances so nothing available for you. Case will be helpful here

It may take some time for the lab instance to become available. You can request a new lab instance if needed.
If a new instance is not available or the wait time is longer than expected, please raise a support case through ServiceNow University for assistance with your lab instance.

Once a training or lab instance has been terminated, it cannot be restored.
Any unsaved data, configurations, and customizations are permanently lost.
To continue, you'll need to terminate any other active lab instances as you've reached the limit of two running instances, or contact the official training support team for further assistance.
If you are unable to find the courses where you requested lab instance,
Raise a case with Now Learning Support in Servicenow University. They will help you.

Only two lab instances are allowed for each account. Raise a case under Help Center in the ServiceNow University, the support team will help you out.
