Hi @vaishali mahal1 ,
Only solution is to try again. There is no support available for PDIs etc.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Try this link - ServiceNow Developers
Either do it in from incognito mode or by clearing your browser cache/history, restart browser after that.

Hi @vaishali mahal1,
You can try to access it in different browser or incognito mode.
Eventually erase cache and retry.
Navigate and login to the SSO page:
https://signon.service-now.com/sso
Can you access any other of these places?
Try e.g. University and Docs - can you access these? It shall give you idea if you cannot access nothing or everything but Developer site.
Let me know what you found

Hii @vaishali mahal1
If your PDI request is getting stuck on the Developer Site, here are a few things you can try:
Clear browser cache / try incognito mode
Sometimes the request page hangs because of cached session data. Opening the Developer Site in an incognito window often fixes it.Try a different browser
Chrome, Firefox, and Edge behave differently with the Developer portal. Switching browsers can resolve the loading issue.Log out and log back in to the Developer Site
A session timeout can prevent the PDI creation process from completing.Check if you already have an active PDI
Go to Manage > Instances and see if an instance is in a “Starting”, “Maintenance”, or “Hibernating” state. You may need to wait or reset it before requesting a new one.Use the “Request New Instance” link directly
Sometimes navigating from the dashboard helps the request go through.Check ServiceNow Developer Site status
Occasionally, the Developer servers experience delays. Waiting a few minutes or hours usually resolves the issue. If it stays stuck for a long time
Delete the stuck request (if possible) and try again, or raise a support case via the Developer portal feedback form.Hope this helps!
