I am unable to wake up the instance. I tried multiple times. Can anyone please suggest what needs to be done as I have my data in it.

Wait for some more time to see if the instance wakes up in next couple of hours.
If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

I have the same issue at present, so it's probably a widespread outage.
There's no support for PDIs, so nothing we can do except wait.
Take this as a lesson that it's vital to backup any data on your PDI that you don't want to lose, because this can happen any time.

The developer instance is under maintenance now and you can request Servicenow to notify you when your instance is available.
