Hi, I'v found out that in Next Experience UI, users can have access to restricted workspaces under "Workspaces" menu - even user doesn't have role and access to see this Workspace. I tell this with pictures, so it's easier.
1. For example we have Aligment planner workspace which need role sn_align_core.ap_read_only to use
2. We have user who does not have role sn_align_core.ap_read_only
3. Therefore user does not see Alignment Planner Workspace in application navigator -> as it should be
4. However, if user clicks "Workspaces" menu, user can see Alignment Planner Workspace (and lot else...) and has access to it
What am I missing in here? What is the logic that Workspaces tab shows workspaces to user, which user does not have access?
Anybody know how to hide workspaces from specific users from Workspaces menu in Next Experience?
Thanks!!
Best,
Miikka
