Could you please help me out on requirement where Virtual Agent chat bot integrate with SAP CPI .To get data from SAP CPI and update in virtual agent chat bot. Even though we have userid and password for SAP CPI unable get connection between virtual agent and SAP CPI. Could you please help me on the requirement, Kindly reply me if you need any questions on this.
