Wait For Signature From DocuSign Step Is Stuck on Waiting Status

I m working with the Out-The-Box "Send a Document for Digital Signature with Co-Signer" Flow. The DocuSign Envelope got Created and Signed, DocuSign Connect Sent the payload to the Servicenow Webhook however, the Envelope Webhook doesnt seem to update the Record and the "Wait For Signature From DocuSign" Step remains In Waiting Status. Is there a configuration step that I missed? How can I resolve this issue?

Hi. It was a Access Control and permission settings. Ensure the User has the right permissions.

Hey, check the Docusign logs and the inbound webhook credentials.In my case, sending an envelope and awaiting works, but the status gets stuck in 'waiting' too. After checking and swapping the credentials, it worked. I don't know if it's the same for you
