Want to display Requestors User ID (Email/Name)

I have created a new Application in App Engine Studio and created a form with all required fields where I wanted to display "Requested By" details (Requestor's Email/Name) when we open the task in instance after submitting the request in Service Portal.

 

I have selected Reference column to Sys_user and trying to display the same in the form but unable to do so.
