Xanadu Form Builder Issue – Added Fields Disappearing

In Xanadu, using the Form Builder, I'm adding a field to the form. However, when I click Save on the form button, it does not get saved.

Additionally, the field I added disappears from the Form Builder. Why is this happening? Is there anything in ServiceNow that might be restricting me from adding fields to the form?"

It sounds like there could be a UI policy, ACL, or dictionary setting in ServiceNow preventing the field from being saved.

We're also experiencing this same issue. Using Form Layout instead does get around the problem so at least there's a workaround.
