What is IT workflows, creator workflows,customer workflows and Employee workflows

Hello All,

I am little bit confusing about Digital workflows and products in SrviceNow ( IT workflows, creator workflows,customer workflows and Employee workflows).

Can any one explain or give me some knowledge and clarity on digital workflows.

Those must refer to business processes not product components. There are two components that handle governing processes, Flows and Workflows and the latter is deprecated.
