Q. Which one of the following is the baseline behavior of a table in a privately-scoped application?
A. The table and its data are not accessible using web services
B. Any Business Rule can read, write, delete, and update from the table
C. Only artifacts in the table's application can read from the table
D. All application scopes can read from the table
which is the correct answer of this question i am confused in two C and D option

I just created a table in a scoped app and the baseline behaviour as you can see is the D. All application scopes can read from the table
PS: it seems that you study for an exam, I would recommend you to verify it yourself, not only you will get the correct answers but it will also help you to remember it not just to pass some exam and get a piece of paper, but to develop a real skill and knowledge for the future purposes. Also, some of the answers might be outdated or incorrect...
