What user roles are required to Import/Export Update sets?

Could someone please let me know what User Roles are required for a user to create, Import, and Export Update Sets on ServiceNow?
Also, could you please mention if we can import an update set from one company's instance to another company's instance?

Thank you in advance!

@Navaneeth1

it's admin role

you could have got the details from ServiceNow docs for this rather than posting in community. that would have been much faster

It was the 1st google result when I searched

Import and commit the quick-start update set

Hi @Navaneeth1 ,

1: You need to be an administrator

2: I would believe that it's possible but for sure not best practice and I wouldn't recommend it. An update set is meant for moving development to test to production - Not between instances.
