When updating a RITM state to "Closed Incomplete" I want the REQ should also move to "closed"

(a) I have created  a Request for a catalog item

(b) Opening the Request in Standard UI

(c) Now, in the related list, if I moved the RITM to "Closed Incomplete" then I want that the state of the sc_request should also move to "closed Incomplete"

By default this functionality is been provided by ServiceNow or not..??
