Why user cannot find cat items with search functionality in topics

Hi Everyone,
A User cannot find cat items with search functionality in topics.
A catalog item is already there but when use a search functionality in topic then not getting it see below screenshot:

But the same catalog item available over there below but not getting when we search with same name, what will be the issue? and there is no any user criteria on catalog item :

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG - Mine question is not related request its related to the topic under search functionality for catalog item.

As I mentioned earlier, this search only works if you are within a custom-created widget. It also looks like this is a custom solution you’ve built, as I don’t see a search option like the one you shared in the out-of-the-box (OOTB) setup.
