How to create a new Mega Menu in employee center

I wanted to create a new Mega menu beside the "Technology services". I have created in the backend it is not reflecting in the employee center.

Is anything I am missing??

do you have it associated with Menu Item?

The [sp_rectangle_menu_item] table.
