i am new to Service-now and looking for Ideas/suggestion for the below requirement
below is the requirement :
we want to trigger the configuration of interface between the network switches through the Service now page
- need to key in Change number and once keyed in , it should have 8 interface line by line (these data will be from change ).
- each interface should have configure icon /submit button when clicked need to call ansible AWX and once this is received , we can have task scheduled to configure the port in the background and report back the status of that link.
- based on the status of first link , it should turn success/green and now repeat the same for rest of the interface
Additional question :
is there a way that i can show image of the connection dynamically because the network switch and the interface changes every time , based on the response from the AWX regarding the status of interface change the color of interface to show grey(not configured), red(configured link did not turn up) green ( all good)
