Hi everyone,
I am preparing for a ServiceNow IRM Developer role with around 2 years of experience and would like some guidance from the community.
What kind of technical and scenario-based interview questions can I expect from companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and PwC?
I would especially like to know about questions related to:
- ServiceNow IRM / GRC
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Risk Management / Advanced Risk Management
- Control Management and Control Testing
- Risk Identification and Risk Assessment
- Entity Types, Entity Filters, Entity Scopes
- Audit Management
- Issue Management
- Indicators and Attestations
- IRM configurations and customizations
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs
- Flow Designer and integrations
- Real-time implementation/project scenarios
- Troubleshooting and debugging scenarios
If anyone has recently attended interviews for similar roles, I would really appreciate it if you could share the types of questions asked, practical scenarios, and areas I should focus on.
Thank you in advance for your guidance!

Hi @shashankmpr ,
GRC IRM :-
Please prepare for the GRC IRM courses thoroughly and ensure you have a strong understanding of the practical concepts. If your fundamentals and hands-on experience are solid, you will be able to answer most questions confidently.
Most companies ask interview questions that focus on the fundamental concepts of each module, the purpose of different terminologies, real-world business use cases, and your hands-on experience with the platform. It is difficult to predict the exact questions that will be asked, but you should thoroughly review the following topics as part of your preparation.
