Which Spoke should I use? Microsoft Exchange Online Spoke or Microsoft Exchange Server Spoke

Hi, 

I would like to find out which spoke would be best suited for our needs. 

 

On our company portal we have a catalog item called "Email Distribution List Request - Access/Create/Modify", where our customers can request to:

  • Create new distribution list
  • Add/Remove members from distribution list
  • Delete existing distribution list
  • Enable sending to restricted distribution list

 

The flow for this form is NOT using a spoke currently. 

 

Additionally, I am currently weekly manually importing my company's updated list of all exchange distribution lists from a .CSV file exported from Exchange, using transform map into ServiceNow.

I would like to determine which spoke communicates between ServiceNow and Exchange bi-directionally to auto sync the distribution lists between exchange and ServiceNow, to avoid the weekly manual importing.

The spoke will depend on whether you use Microsoft Exchange Server (On Prem deployment) or M365 and therefore would use the online version (Cloud)

Hi @dvreugdenburg ,

I am also looking for same DL operations but not sure which spoke would be perfect to do so.
Entra ID spoke OR Exchange Spoke?
