Data quality, should we be concerned?

Hello community,

I am University student, currently working on data quality as my thesis topics. I am trying to explore relation between ServiceNow and Data Quality. I would love to hear about your thoughts on the subject. I have bundled couple of question poll, which takes about 5-7 minutes to answer. If you would leave your opinion that would be great help 🙂

Motivation

The increase in data volume increases the complexity of managing them. Many business processes and services rely heavily on data. The more we automate, integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning, the dependency on data will increase. The data is the foundation for the daily business operation, tactical and strategic decisions. The underlying data affects the activities and actions that depend on it. The incorrectness in the data could have adverse consequences for individual to organization.

There is an option to opt-in, if you are interested in knowing the final result of the poll. If the community votes in to make it public, I can promise to make the result public.
