What is the Architect community?
It is a common place for all like-minded folks who are on the path of Enterprise Architecture practice or who are planning to get into Enterprise architecture practice in their organization to share information, ask questions, learn best practices on Enterprise Architecture on leveraging ServiceNow in their organization and get help from other architects in solving some of their problems.

No, there is no cost to join or follow this community. It is free!
If I need a personal developer instance, where do I need to go?
You can go to the ServiceNow Developer Program and register for it.
I am an architect and already registered to the Developer Program. Will I be automatically registered to this community?
As a registered member of the Developer Program, you should automatically have login privileges on the community that allows you to post questions, share, respond, engage and reply to content anywhere on the ServiceNow community.
How do I provide feedback about the community?

How do I post a question or add a reply?
I am an application architect and not an enterprise architect. Can I still join this community?
- Yes, application architects can also join. This is a common place for all architects, business, technical, enterprise architects to collaborate and share information with their peers in the industry
- Enterprise architects, technical architects, business architects can join. It is not restricted to any specific type of path that you follow. Even if you are not an architect but would still like to join this community, you are welcome.
My organization does not currently have ServiceNow platform. Can we still join the community?
Yes, you can join the community, even if you are not a current customer of ServiceNow.
How to create an account on the ServiceNow Community
If you are already registered for Single Sign-on, click the LOGIN link in the top right corner of the site. Enter your email address in the username field, and your password. Please know your email address will not be used as your community username that is visible to other members.
If you are new to the community, click the REGISTER link in the top right corner of the site. Registration is open and free to all users.
Enter all the required fields. You should receive an email from ServiceNow Community to validate your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete a short registration.
