How to copy an existing workflow from one instance to another instance 

How to move an existing workflow from one instance to another instance

IF you need just move a workflow process follow the below steps

 02. open the desired workflow.

 04.make some slight changes (move an activity a little)

 06. verify that the new workflow version in registered as custom update in your update set
 07. Set the update set to "completed"
  

 

 

 

B. Do you need to move the full process?  Do you need to move the current process what it's "running" process ? 

This is more sensible that appear but it's possible, we start a study to move and prove we could do it therefore this procedure isn't a recommendation or a official process but a way to do, be carreful
