Ability to Open Security Incident from an Incident Ticket

Hello Forum,

I am new to ServiceNow and need guardian on how to create "Create Security Incident" form context menu UI action on the incident form so fulfiller have the ability to create security incident from the incident form. 

I already create the UI Action but unable to link the security incident form to the UI Action.

I will appreciate forum support on this.

Hi @Ken61 

 

To do this, you need to activate the SIR - Security Incident Response plugin and that plugin will provide OOTB UI action to create Security incident from Normal Incident.
