Abou ServiceNow service catalog for SailPoint IIQ.

Hi Team, i am going to do ServiceNow service catalog integration for Sail Point IIQ,

i already have service catalog and basic configuration of sail point connector but here i need to know how we do configuration with that particular  catalog item and how achieve multilevel approval in work flow for the catalog item.
please help me .
if anyone have document please share with me

You may check with SailPoint (OEM) , they will provide you a white paper which would explain all the steps and update sets that you need to install on ServiceNow .  Once update set is installed you can configure the other properties.

Actually what I am working that one is customer portal. That portal is not a global it is employee centre
