Abou ServiceNow service catalog for SailPoint IIQ.

Hi Team, i am going to do ServiceNow service catalog integration for Sail Point IIQ,

i already have service catalog and basic configuration of sail point connector but here i need to know how we do configuration with that particular  catalog item and how achieve multilevel approval in work flow for the catalog item.
please help me .
if anyone have document please share with me

They're filled only the setup for but they are not configured the service portal. I need basic configuretion setup with service portal and how configure catalog item with this setup
