Add UX Actions on workspace

Hello experts!

I'm currently building a custom workspace for a custom application. Here I have a few UI Actions added in Native UI, and I want to add these UI Actions in Workspace as well. I have done following things to get these UI Actions work on custom workspace.

Created action config and action config layout and added the UI action in it. Im still unable see the ui action on form in workspace. Attached the screenshots.
