There's an existing Business Rule that automatically hides deactivated users from anyone without specific roles like Since our change requesters/assignees don't carry those roles, once a user gets deactivated, they can no longer see that person referenced on their own changes.
We need to add the inactive_user_visibility role to our itil/change-handling role group, so anyone who already works Changes automatically gets visibility into deactivated users referenced on their changes
Since we cant provide the role nor can we deactivate the BR. what is the workaround to close these changes.
