I need to estimate effort for Discovery implementation ,  Mid Server installation, Discovery Configuration, ....

The timeline is not fixed it depends on the infra size, if the infra has huge CIs to discovery it may take longer time.

just to throw you some numbers.  Discovery implementation on average takes 2 months or more to compleatly implement and ready to go live... (again its not a garuntee..it all depends on lot of factors.)

Multiple Mid server installations - 1-3 days

if you have 50+Schedules (This will take month).

Debug and fixes (15days)

testing and cmdb setup (5 days)
