I would like to know if there is some kind of template that I can follow in order to prepare the architecture documentation needed for projects in SN? Thanks in advance!

Hello Nithin, I am so sorry. I cannot post the one I created. But if it helps, you can take a look at the attachment I have uploaded. I used this to create mine and it can be found freely on the web.
