Dear Architect,
I post directly in this forum as I was unable to find any useful information in any other community.
I work as presales consultant and normally we use the demohub to access narrative for demonstration.
I'm contacting you because we used to have access to a portal called highspot.
This portal allowed us to download demo narrative.
However, this portal has disappeared and has been replaced by the Partner Success Center.
I'd like to know where I can find the demo narratives for the presales consultants, because today we no longer have access to them and this is very problematic.
Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Hello Josua,
I find an answer to my question based on Now Support feedback.
I think the best way to resolve your problem is to directly contact the support with this specific Service for DemoHub troubleshoothing.
The team that manage this ticket is dedicated to Demohub.
Apparently my instance was missing a system property that allows Vancouver narratives to be searched and installed in the instance. This property has been added and a DemoHub sync was performed by Support team afterwards to ensure the availability of the reported content.
Then the attachments is visible directly in the Demohub (you don't need to download on Highspot or other portal) as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Regards,
Note : special thanks to Jonathan from the support team

Hi @Lucien
Highspot was recently taken down by ServiceNow. As a replacement, they introduced partnersuccess.servicenow.com.
The landing page for the DemoHub is now https://partnersuccess.servicenow.com/tools-and-resources/demo-preparation/demo-hub.html

Maik,
Unfortunately the problem is not resolved. Indeed on this link, and on the PSC their is no "narrative" available.
It seems that partner do not have access to the library of narrative.
I update demohub and the link available to download narrative route me to the DemoHub (Example here : https://demohub.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/dsp?nar_sys_id=90e50a909785b1103e7f...).
I don't have access to this tool, it seems it's only for ServiceNow employee.
How do you access narrative from your DemoHub homepage ?
