I have created a sidebar for my chatbot, but when I open the chatbot on the Incident page, I'm unable to retrieve incident-related information or data. I also tried using the widget option, but when I click on the widget, it doesn't seem to query the API. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and help me fetch the data needed to achieve this use case
