Data mismatch for Vendor Workspace Management and Normal filter conditions.

Hi Team,

 

We have configured Vendor Workspace Management in our client instance. After 6 months, we are facing data mismatch in Vendor Workspace management and Normal filter conditions. Please find the conditions in VMW and Normal filter:

 

Data required: Number of Incidents Breached for vendors

 

1- Normal filter condition on task_sla table: 

Note: Vendor - Vendor Name

By using this Normal Filter condition, I'm getting 38 Incidents.

 

2- For Vendor Workspace, we have created the below KPI  task_sla table:

In indicator we used Additional condition: 

SLA definition Vendor Name in CAPGEMINI AMERICA INC, EPAM SYSTEMS INC, EXPERION TECHNOLOGIES USA INC, INFOSYS LIMITED, LTIMINDTREE LIMITED, SLALOM LLC, STEFANINI INC, ZINIER INC .and. Has breached = true

and 

In Indicator Source using below filter condition:

SLA definition Type = SLA .and. Stage != Cancelled .and. Task Task type = Incident .and. Breach time on Today
